Snowboarders - 30
Alternating Side Lunges - 15 R/L
Crossover Lunge - 15 R/L
Jumping Jack Squat - 30
Push Up - 20
Alt. Knee To Elbow Tuck (Spidermans) - 15 R/L
Reverse Crunch - 20

*Repeat 2X*

Stretch and drink water!!
